We’re excited to deliver your Pokeit order swiftly and securely! Shipping is handled by trusted third-party couriers, ensuring reliable delivery within 3-5 business days for Cairo & Giza orders.

7-10 business days for the rest of the governorates

*Fridays and all national/regional holidays are not considered business days.

To avoid delays, please double-check that your shipping details and contact information are accurate. You’ll receive a confirmation call before your order is shipped.

Delivery Guidelines:

• If the courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, leading to a return, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Potential delays may occur if:
  • The courier is unable to reach you.
  • There are errors or missing details in your shipping address.
  • A different delivery location is provided after checkout.

In the event that a canceled order is returned to our store and you decide to reorder, we will require payment through online transfer before the order is dispatched.

We partner with reliable couriers, but please note that once the package is in transit, the courier company is responsible for final delivery and handling. If the order is returned due to multiple failed attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
